STEP 1/11
Frozen tofu should be defrosted naturally. If you're going to eat it for dinner, take it out in the morning, and if you're going to eat it in the morning, take it out the night before and sleep. Chop the onions and green onions in moderation, squeeze the frozen and thawed tofu out and cut into cubes.
STEP 2/11
If you bought chili oil, use chili oil. If you don't, you can just use cooking oil. Don't worry, put ginger, garlic, chopped green onion in a pan and smell it over uncounted heat.
STEP 3/11
When green onions are about to turn golden, add chopped onions and heat up.
STEP 4/11
When the onions are fried to a certain extent, add ground pork and stir-fry them together.
STEP 5/11
When the meat is cooked, sprinkle red pepper powder on it and stir-fry it. I'm going to eat with the kids, so I only did 1 tablespoon, but if you started with cooking oil without chili oil, I think 3 tablespoon would be good.
STEP 6/11
When chili powder and other ingredients are mixed well, leave the center or edge empty and press the soy sauce sizzling.
STEP 7/11
If you think the soy sauce is too thick, add sugar and press it down
STEP 8/11
Next, add the two ingredients and mix them well.
STEP 9/11
If the sauce is mixed well, add tofu and mix well
STEP 10/11
Pour water or stock into the mixed ingredients, pour water starch quickly before boiling, and bring to a boil while stirring.
STEP 11/11
It's done when the starch is cooked and comes out in a transparent and sticky sauce form. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
If you want to eat spicy, cut the spicy peppers into small pieces and stir-fry them together.
One tablespoon is equal to three rice spoons and one teaspoon is equal to one rice spoon.
