Fried dumplings and jajangmyeon
It's a super simple dish where frozen fried dumplings are grilled and mixed with jajang sauce!!

Ingredients

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Slice the green onions thinly, put them in a bowl, pour cold water, and leave them for a while
It removes the viscous and spicy taste of green onions

Pour enough cooking oil into the pot and stir-fry it with black soybean paste
If there's a hole in the paste, it's all fried
Put chunjang in a bowl and stir-fry minced garlic and ginger in the oil you stir-fry
Add the stir-fried black bean paste, mirin, sugar, and chicken stock

Cut the fried dumplings with a lot of jajang sauce and put them on top of the green onions
It looks like Chinese food... You can eat raw green onions and dumplings mixed with jajangmyeon
