  • Radish

  • Cheongyang red pepper

  • Broth

  • a natural seasoning

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I cut all the ingredients into bite-size pieces~~
STEP 2/6
While boiling the broth, I mixed 1 tablespoon of cheonggukjang (half of it) and boiled it~~
Tip: If you want to cook cheonggukjang stew deliciously, rather than putting all the cheonggukjang in first
Put half of it in and boil it, and then you have to put the remaining cheonggukjang in to eat the delicious cheonggukjang
STEP 3/6
I cooked the radish first and added pumpkin and kimchi~~
Lastly, add tofu, green onions, and hot pepper
Lastly, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of cheonggukjang~~
For cheonggukjang, rather than putting all of it in, put half of it in
If you add the remaining half, you can eat more delicious cheonggukjang jjigae~~
STEP 4/6
It's been a while since I smelled cheonggukjang in my house
I suddenly wanted to eat rice
I boiled the whole pot and ate almost all of it in one meal

Put it in a small pot and quickly empty it
I took the rest and heated it up~~~

Cheonggukjang jjigae makes you miss your hometown
I think it's our own soup of perfume's stew
