STEP 1/7
I just brought the fact that they trim the squid~~
STEP 2/7
Peel the squid after you finish preparing it~~
Peel the squid with a bit of salt
Or if you put the kitchen towel on the skin and peel it off, it comes off easily~~~
You can easily make cuts if you use a scallion knife
STEP 3/7
Cut the cuttlefish in half and cut it into the right size
When the water was boiling, I put it in and blanched it~~~
If you blanch it for too long, the squid gets tough and doesn't taste good~~
Wait, I blanched it and took it out~~
You can blanch it before you cut it
I tend to blanch them after trimming and cutting them~~
STEP 4/7
Cut the cucumber vertically in half, cut it sideways, and marinate it with salt
Add thick salt and rub it
Add 1/2 tablespoon thick salt like cucumber
I marinated it in salt for 10 minutes~~
STEP 5/7
Rinse salted bellflower roots and cucumbers in water and squeeze them out~~
The more it's salty, the harder it is and the better~~~
Mix all the seasonings well, and then blanched squid
I added bellflower root and cucumber and mixed them~~
STEP 6/7
Lastly, I added sesame salt and chopped sesame oil and green onion and mixed it again~~~
Rose puts sesame oil when she eats it right away
I don't put sesame oil in the leftovers~~
STEP 7/7
Put it on a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds. That's it~~
If you parboil the squid and season it, it doesn't make a lot of water and it's hard and delicious
