STEP 1/12
Cut the chives into 5cm long pieces and prepare them.
STEP 2/12
As expected, cut the water parsley into 5cm long pieces and prepare it. I used the whole water parsley.
STEP 3/12
I like rump the best, but I just bought thin beef for shabu-shabu sold at the mart. This is good enough^^
STEP 4/12
Spread thin shabu-shabu meat on top and roll with plenty of water parsley and chives. I think it's going to happen when it's being grilled, but the meat is coiled and never loosened.
STEP 5/12
The meat is complete with plenty of water parsley and chives. You can roll several of them and bake them. The three kings put perilla leaves in the horse meat, but I don't have it, so pass!! If you have perilla leaves, it will be more fragrant if you cut them into similar sizes and put them in together.
STEP 6/12
It's a skewer that we made together. Tofu bacon skewers, bacon skewers, and rolled meat.
STEP 7/12
Season with a little pepper. I didn't season it. You can dip it in the sauce separately.
STEP 8/12
Lay the foil on the pan, add oil, and heat it up.
STEP 9/12
Let's make a sauce for the horse to dip the meat in. Add the mustard to the kelp-flavored soy sauce, add a little minced garlic, and mix well. I thought lotus flower would go well with meat rather than wasabi. Kelp-flavored soy sauce is a Japanese-style soy sauce that is not salty and has a savory taste. If you don't have it, you can use it as soy sauce. You can just use it as a thick soy sauce.
STEP 10/12
Put it on a heated pan and grill it one at a time. It's beef, so don't cook it too much. Then it can get tough.
STEP 11/12
If one side is cooked, turn it upside down and grill it.
STEP 12/12
Well-cooked horse meat!!! The scent of water parsley and chives is full. I think this is a delicacy. I don't really like meat, but this is good enough. It's even better to eat it with water parsley and chives. Sprinkle sesame seeds and complete it.
