Braised Backbone
I made steamed pork backbone that you usually make with gamjatang today. Pork backbone is cheap, so it's a good food to prepare and enjoy^^ It's fun for the whole family to sit around, roll up their sleeves, and eat a few.~~ If you eat it with warm-cooked potatoes and chewy noodles, it's a bowl of rice.^^
