  • Potato

  • Radish

  • Soy sauce

  • plum extract

  • crushed garlic

  • chopped ginger

  • red pepper paste
    1.5spoon
  • Red pepper powder
    1.5spoon
  • leek
  • onion
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Put hairtail in a cold shower and put it in a basket
STEP 2/8
I'm preparing the potato radish
STEP 3/8
Put all the sauce in and make the sauce
STEP 4/8
Cut the potatoes and radish and put them on the pot
STEP 5/8
Put hairtail on top.
STEP 6/8
Pour in the sauce that I prepared.
STEP 7/8
Boil it on high heat
STEP 8/8
Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 15 minutes.
Lastly, put the green onion on top.
When you buy hairtail..I need to buy something fresh. Everything should be fresh so that it doesn't smell fishy when cooked.
