Cooking Steps

Since Hallabong will also use the skin, clean it with baking soda. Sprinkle Hallabong with baking soda evenly and mix well with both hands. Then pour cold water and put more baking soda in the water and wash it. Then rinse it twice with clear water. If there is no baking soda, add vinegar and wash.

After cutting both ends of Hallabong, cut the skin into pieces that are good for shredding. Then shred the skin. Leave the Hallabong pulp one by one.

It's good to measure the amount of honey on a scale. If you don't have honey, you can add sugar as much as you want. Sugar is less soluble than honey, so you have to shake the bottle from time to time
