Chicken mayo over rice. A simple meal using leftover chicken

Ingredients
  • Fried chicken
  • Eggs

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
First, make scrambled eggs with 2 or 3 eggs
Beat the eggs well, add some olive oil to the pan, stir the eggs with wooden chopsticks, and cook them
(Please turn it to low or medium heat.)

Cut the rest of the chicken into pieces that are easy to eat and prepare them

Put olive oil on the pan and stir-fry the torn chicken meat until golden brown

1 soy sauce, half oyster sauce, 1 oligosaccharide and stir-fry it! I put 2 or 3 spoons of water in here and stir-fry it

Put a little olive oil or sesame oil on the earthen pot and add a bowl of rice
(Apply olive oil or sesame oil so that the rice doesn't stick.)

Add egg scrambled eggs on the side, put the pre-fried chicken in the middle, put it on low heat, and turn off the heat when the rice is pounding!

Sprinkle mayonnaise on top and it's done!
(If you don't have a piping bag, use a plastic pack and sprinkle mayonnaise.)
