STEP 1/8
First, wash the sweet potatoes and sweet potatoes clean and steam them in a steamer.

Chop the onion into thin slices.
STEP 3/8
Place 1 Ts of butter in a frying pan and stir-fry onions.
STEP 4/8
It's better if you stir-fry it until it's brown.
If you cook it on high heat, it will burn, so stir-fry it on medium and low heat.

Dig out the inside of the sweet potatoes and sweet pumpkin and grind them well in a blender with milk.
STEP 6/8
Mix the onions and grind them together.
Then add milk and grind while adjusting the concentration.
STEP 7/8
Now put 1Ts of butter in the frying pan and when it melts, put 1Ts of flour and make a roux. (For concentration control and flavor.)
STEP 8/8
When the roux is made, add the ground ingredients and bring to a boil.
If it's too thick, add more milk and boil it.
Some people put in whipped cream, but please note that I used lu instead of whipped cream
If you season it with salt and pepper, it's done
If you put it in with sweet potatoes, it's twice as savory and rich in fiber
