STEP 1/13
You know that you have to prepare a whole squid, right? ^^
I told the staff at the fish section of the mart that she was going to cook squid sundae, and they prepared it well.
Wash the squid thoroughly under running water both on the outside and inside.
Squid legs are going to be in the filling. '-'*
STEP 2/13
Prepare the slightly blanched squid legs in boiling water.
Chop 1/3 green onions, 1/4 carrots, 1/3 onions and 1/3 mushrooms.
*
Prepare the ingredients according to your preference.
*
STEP 3/13
Drain the water from 1/3 of tofu, and soak the glass noodles in water for about 30 minutes and cut them into small pieces.
STEP 4/13
Put all the ingredients, including 100g of minced beef, into a bowl.
STEP 5/13
Add half a tablespoon of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon of sesame salt, and add the salt as you please.
I put in about 1/3 of it.
STEP 6/13
Add pepper and mix well with hands wearing sanitary gloves.
STEP 7/13
Then add 1 egg and 3-4 tablespoons of flour and mix well once more.
STEP 8/13
If you can't see the flour, the dough is done!
STEP 9/13
Wipe the water out of the squid with a kitchen towel and coat the inside evenly with flour.
That way, you can prevent the separation of squid and ingredients after steaming squid sundae!
And don't put in too much stuffing. Just fill in about 8 parts.
Next, seal the entrance with a long skewer.
Before putting it in the steamer, poke the whole body of the squid with a skewer.
(The water from the steaming of squid sundae falls through this hole, making the squid harder.)
STEP 10/13
Steam the stuffed squid in a steaming steamer for about 20 minutes.
STEP 11/13
20 minutes later, I opened the lid and it's broken inside [Laughing]
Still, I'm glad that only the insides stick out a little without much change in shape;;
If you cut it as soon as you steam it, it'll be too hot, so let it cool a little and then cut it carefully!
STEP 12/13
Tada
Squid sundae is done ^^
Squid sundae with a very soft texture and a clean and clean taste. :)
It's not too much to eat as a late night snack, and it's really the best for children's.
STEP 13/13
My son asked me to cook squid sundae again tomorrow, whether it was very delicious >_
