Bellflower root
Among the ingredients that help with respiratory health, balloon flower is by far the number one contributor. This is because bellflower roots are rich in saponin, which relieves phlegm and lowers blood sugar. If you drink a spoonful of bellflower root syrup in hot water during the change of seasons or when fine dust is severe, it is a special medicine. Let's make enough and take care of our family's health.
