1) Mix 3 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoons of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of water (you can add a cooler and sharper taste if you add cola or cider instead of water).

2) Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of ginger juice and mix them evenly.
You can adjust the minced garlic and ginger juice according to your preference, and even if you don't have ginger juice, you don't have to put it in if you don't have it.
