  • Black bean powder
    1.5
  • Cabbage
    3piece
  • Ham
    1/3
  • Potato
    1ea
  • leek
    1ea
  • Water
    1
  • olive oil
  • egg
    2ea
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Shred the cabbage and chop the rest of the ingredients.
STEP 2/9
Pour enough olive oil on the pan and stir-fry the green onions
Stir-fry it so that it smells like green onions
STEP 3/9
When the scented green onion comes up, stir-fry the hard potatoes and carrots first
STEP 4/9
Add the ham and stir-fry together.
STEP 5/9
Put in two bowls of rice
STEP 6/9
Stir-fry black bean powder (1.5) and water (1).
Adding water to powdered black bean noodles can prevent the powder from clumping.
I think the seasoning is okay because I put 1.5 jajang powder in two bowls of rice.
If it's bland, add more jjajang powder and adjust it to your taste.
STEP 7/9
Add shredded cabbage at the end and stir-fry until breathtaking.
And wrap it up.
STEP 8/9
I'd like a fried egg, too.
We're going to use half-cooked eggs
STEP 9/9
