Mascapone tiramisu
Original Italian traditional tiramisu recipe! I made it by referring to the recipe of Italian chef Gennaro Contaldo.

Ingredients
  • mascarpone cheese
    125g
  • whipped cream
    125g
  • egg
    1/2ea
  • Sugar
    30g
  • Vanilla bean
    little
  • Espresso
    100g
  • cocoa powder

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Let's make cheese cream first! Beat in the softened mascarpone cheese with a hand mixer or whisk.
STEP 2/7
When the cheese is tender, add sugar, egg yolk and vanilla bean seeds and keep whipping.
STEP 3/7
If cheese is well blended, add whipped cream and whip until desired concentration.
STEP 4/7
Dip the ladyfinger cookie in the coffee mixed with Kahlua and espresso!
STEP 5/7
Please put it on the plate.
STEP 6/7
Place the cheese cream on top of the soaked ladyfinger. I used a piping bag to squeeze it, but you can just spread it out with a spoon! Please repeat this process. Ladyfinger soaked in coffee > Cheese cream > Ladyfinger soaked in coffee > Cheese cream.. Lastly, you have to finish with cheese cream on the top floor!
STEP 7/7
And sprinkle cocoa powder on a fine sieve on top of the tiramisu!
If using unsweetened whipped cream, add more sugar while tasting the cream. I usually use whipped cream 4: sugar 1 ratio.

    Thank you for the authentic recipe. It's simple and delicious. I had a very fine-grained roll cake, so I used it as a bread, but it's softer and more delicious.
