Let's make cheese cream first! Beat in the softened mascarpone cheese with a hand mixer or whisk.

When the cheese is tender, add sugar, egg yolk and vanilla bean seeds and keep whipping.

If cheese is well blended, add whipped cream and whip until desired concentration.

Dip the ladyfinger cookie in the coffee mixed with Kahlua and espresso!

Please put it on the plate.

Place the cheese cream on top of the soaked ladyfinger. I used a piping bag to squeeze it, but you can just spread it out with a spoon! Please repeat this process. Ladyfinger soaked in coffee > Cheese cream > Ladyfinger soaked in coffee > Cheese cream.. Lastly, you have to finish with cheese cream on the top floor!
STEP 7/7
And sprinkle cocoa powder on a fine sieve on top of the tiramisu!
If using unsweetened whipped cream, add more sugar while tasting the cream. I usually use whipped cream 4: sugar 1 ratio.
