Making sticky rice tofu and sweet and sour pork
I didn't have starch powder, so I put some glutinous rice powder on it and made tofu gangjeong. It wasn't a big success, but it was half successful. But because it was glutinous rice, it tends to stretch out too much, so I think it'll be more complete if I mix a little starch or flour But I made it and ate it deliciously, so I'll show you. ^^

Cooking Steps

I cut the tofu into cubes and prepared it

Put glutinous rice powder in a plastic pack and tofu

Shake it gently and coat it with glutinous rice powder. When I shook it a lot, the tofu broke. So after that, I gently rolled it around and dressed it^^

Put oil on the pan and put sticky rice powder on top and roll it until it's golden

It's not as hard as starch or flour It kind of feels like it' I had to bend it until it was golden so it was hard to bake itIs it because the tofu is soft.. Anyway, the square shape keeps getting crushed~~ It was much more savory and delicious than flour or starch because it was coated with glutinous rice powder, but it's hard to bake, so I'm going to mix glutinous rice powder and flour next time~ It was hard to grill, but it tasted good The grilled tofu was delicious, so I ate it without seasoning~~LOL

Ingredients without sesame seeds. Add red pepper paste, minced garlic, vinegar, and sugar and boil while stirring If you put in soy sauce, it gets more salty and sticks to your mouth, but when the bubbles come up and the sauce boils down
