STEP 1/9
Prepare frozen cocktail shrimps by defrosting them at room temperature 1 hour before cooking, and clams by defrosting them.
I put in clams as I wanted, but it tasted better than I thought. ^^ Should I say it tastes better? '-'
Cut the garlic into 3 pieces, which are lumps.
(I don't usually eat garlic, but I ate 1/3 of the garlic in gambas;;)
STEP 2/9
Drain the cocktail shrimp with a kitchen towel and sprinkle with herb-scented salt.
I don't have herb-scented salt, so I put pepper and salt on it. If you don't have teeth, it's your gums
STEP 3/9
If you're ready, let's start cooking ~
Pour plenty of olive oil into the preheated pan and fry the garlic first.
STEP 4/9
If the garlic scent comes up and the garlic becomes transparent, add clams
When clams start to open their mouths, add cocktail shrimp. And I seasoned it with salt.
It was a little bland to just eat.
*Make sure to season salt to your taste*
STEP 5/9
Next, mix well with chopped Cheongyang red pepper or peperoncino and pepper.
STEP 6/9
Lastly, sprinkle parsley powder and you're done making Spanish Mediterranean cuisine Gambas Al Ajillo!
STEP 7/9
Before making Gambas, the cooking process was so simple and there was not much in it, so I wondered, "Is this really delicious?" But Gambas al-Ahi, which tasted so deep that it made me raise my thumb.
STEP 8/9
Put cocktail shrimp, cheongyang pepper, clams, and garlic on a spoon
Oh my god!! How is the seasoning so perfect?
STEP 9/9
It's more delicious if you put it on baguette bread, right?
Gambas al-Ahiyo, a Spanish Mediterranean dish that's perfect for the upcoming Christmas home party!
Make sure to make it' ^^
It's very easy to make and ingredients!
