Since a long time ago, I've been wasting water blanched with bean sprouts. We need to get rid of the impuritiesIt's not like I need to get rid of the unnecessary taste. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Wash the bean sprouts clean, drain, put them in a pot, add all seasonings except chopped green onions, and set the gas heat to high heat.
STEP 2/3
If you stir-fry it with the lid open for five minutes, the moisture from the bean sprouts will almost disappear, and the bean sprouts will be crunchy and not fishy. Add chopped green onions, turn off the heat, and mix well.
STEP 3/3
It's done. The dish comes out less than blanching, right
It doesn't burn even if you don't add water! One tablespoon is equal to three rice spoons and one teaspoon is equal to one rice spoon.
