Cut off the top of the spinach and wash it clean
Chop the onion and green onion into small pieces

Making Anchovy Broth: Add anchovy bag and boil for about 20 minutes I'm going to drink water alone, so I put in about 0.6L

Let's Boil Spinach!
Dissolve a spoonful of salt in the water and add spinach when it boils Stir with chopsticks three or four times, then turn off the heat and drain the spinach when the water boils again

Rinse well-boiled spinach in cold water and squeeze out the water

Season anchovy stock with seasoning and add spinach when it boils

When it starts boiling again
Add onions and green onions! Cover and simmer until vegetables are cooked

Put it in the soup bowl and it's done!
If you add minced garlic and soy sauce, it tastes much deeper
