STEP 1/11
I buy ground pork at the mart.
I bought 500g for about 3000 won.
STEP 2/11
Cut minced garlic and green onions into red beans in a pan.
STEP 3/11
Stir-fry olive oil in a pan.
(Stir-fry green onion and minced garlic in oil, then add a greasy taste and leave a clean taste.)
If you like spicy food, chop and stir-fry Cheongyang red pepper with it. :)
STEP 4/11
Stir-fry minced garlic and green onions until they are slightly cooked.
STEP 5/11
After that, add the minced pork.
STEP 6/11
Prepare the seasoning.
I used whole pepper, white seolcheonil salt, and white seol deep sesame oil.
STEP 7/11
Turn the salt and pepper 3 times to grind.
(You can add or add powder pepper to suit your preference.)
STEP 8/11
Stir-fry pork over high and medium heat.
STEP 9/11
Add sesame oil when the meat is almost cooked.
STEP 10/11
When the minced pork is cooked, it's done.
Take a bite and add the seasoning to your liking.
(If you stir-fry the above minced pork with red pepper paste and 1 tsp of soybean paste, it becomes weak red pepper paste.)
STEP 11/11
It's a complete stir-fried minced pork.
It's also called Don Min-chi :)
