STEP 1/10
Chop the onion into thin slices. (half)
I'm going to soak half of them in water to get rid of the spicy taste and put the other half in the sauce.

Combine the amount of sauce and bring to a boil.

Add soy sauce 4Ts, water 4Ts, mirin 1Ts, sugar 1Ts, vinegar 1Ts, a little minced garlic, and onion 1/4 and boil it, and when it starts to boil down, add gas obushi
Dip it in a little bit and scoop it out a minute later.

Sift the sauce and it's done!

You can prepare salmon in pieces or cut it into pieces that are not too thin or thick like me. Approximately 0.3 mm thick
STEP 6/10
Add wasabi and mayonnaise in equal proportions and mix well.
STEP 7/10
Scoop out a bowl of rice and add 3 spoons of sauce on top.
STEP 8/10
Put the salmon slice on top of it and put the onion out of the spicy sauce
STEP 9/10
Put a bit of wasabi sauce on it and put radish sprouts on it's done
STEP 10/10
Salmon over rice / Sake-dong over rice is complete
Enjoy the rich taste of salmon and enjoy it deliciously
It's hard to slice salmon because it's too mushy if you defrost it too much. You have to cut it well when it's slightly hard.
