Fruit shake that you make at home when you crave ice cream
It's one of our signature smoothie menus that we make a lot in summer, so try making it for your family instead of ice cream or milkshake that's not good for diabetes or obesity.

Ingredients
  • Banana

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Place bananas, blueberries and strawberries at the bottom of the blender. Bananas that aren't frozen grinds the best and then blueberries and strawberries that are small don't grind well, so if you put them at the bottom, the machine will break down.
STEP 2/4
If it's too frozen, you can leave it at room temperature for 10 minutes and change it, but there's a way. Don't pour milk all at once. Add a cup and a half
STEP 3/4
Stop in the middle and add half a cup, mix it with a spoon or fork, and repeat grinding. Then you'll really get an ice cream shake visual.

I want to put a fancy straw in a pretty glass, but I still don't give it to my house No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 because I'm afraid they'll break the cup...^^ The children scooped it up with a spoon.
When you add extra milk in the middle, you can grind the honey. It was delicious enough without honey for an adult's taste, so I put a cup of it and added a little honey later. If you don't like sweet things, try grinding it without honey and adjust your sugar content to suit your taste.
