STEP 1/9
Prepare a bowl of sour kimchi and cut it into bite-size pieces.
Slice half red pepper diagonally, prepare 1/4 onion, 3 cabbage, 5 perilla leaves, and 1 root of green onion.
(Watch out for tears when cutting green onions.)
STEP 2/9
I'll make the sauce.
Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoons of mirin, 1 tablespoons of green tea, and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
STEP 3/9
Add 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoons of minced garlic, 1.5 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 1/2 tablespoons of ssamjang and mix well.
STEP 5/9
Mix the sauce well with the sliced pork belly and marinate it for more than 30 minutes.
I had some time left, so I think I put it to sleep for about 2 hours
STEP 6/9
Pour enough cooking oil into the preheated pan and stir-fry the marinated meat first.
STEP 7/9
Stir-fry the meat for about 5 minutes and add sour kimchi! Stir-fry until the meat is almost cooked.
STEP 8/9
Stir-fry cabbage and onions until they die, then add green onions, perilla leaves, and red pepper and stir-fry them for 2-3 more minutes, and you're done!
STEP 9/9
Yay~ Doesn't it look so delicious?
It's good to have a side dish with drinks!
It's enough to eat it with rice!
It tastes even better with a little bit of ssamjang!
