STEP 1/15
I usually use ground beef for soup.I didn't buy it for the soup
It's good to buy it yourself, scoop up thinly and cut it into small pieces.
It's good to chop the meat yourself without asking for it to be ground.
And my family eats meat well after grilling it themselves, but I don't like meat floating in the soup, so if I cut it into small pieces like this, the whole family eats it well.
STEP 2/15
Slice the radish thinly so that it tastes like soup quickly.
My mother uses a knife to make radish taste cool.
If you add radish and boil meat soup, the coolness is the best.
It's each radish that looks like Yukgaejang sold in the countryside.
I'll be comfortable.I just cut it
STEP 3/15
When the pan heats up a little, add a tablespoon of sesame oil. Stir-fry the beef.
If the pan is hot, sesame oil will burn, so it's better to stir-fry it over medium heat.
STEP 4/15
When the oil comes out of the beef, add the radish and stir-fry it together.
STEP 5/15
This is the same recipe as mine.
I put water in like this and make the broth, but Mr. Baek's method of beef radish soup was a little different. Season beef and radish with fish sauce, soy sauce, and salt.
STEP 6/15
It would be better if the fish sauce was clear without a big smell.
Usually, when the anchovy broth is less brewed, I put in a little bit of fish sauce because it tastes better, but I haven't put fish sauce in beef radish soup. I put 2 tablespoons of fish sauce because it's beef radish soup for 4 people.
STEP 7/15
And add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to season it.
STEP 8/15
Stir-fry it on your own and add a little bit of water to boil the radish and beef until the seasoning is cut. It was boiled for a minute over medium heat rather than high heat.
Fish sauce is thought to be used only when making kimchi, and it seems to be fishy, but it adds flavor. Then, add enough water It's different because I usually do it at home, right?
STEP 9/15
Add water according to the ingredients and boil it.
STEP 10/15
While it was boiling, I chopped the green onions and garlic and sliced them sideways.
STEP 11/15
When it boils up, add minced garlic.
STEP 12/15
When it boils up enough, bubbles form.
STEP 13/15
The foam is not impurities, but if you remove it, you can eat it a little stronger if you leave it clearer. You can eat it because protein came out during cooking, but if you want it to be clear, you can remove it to make it look better.
You can taste it and get it right, but if it's a little bland, add a little salt and mix it.
Two tablespoons of soy sauce and two tablespoons of fish sauce in Korea are just right for my house.
It depends on the amount of water and the salty taste of soy sauce, so please match it individually
STEP 14/15
If it's seasoned, add green onions for the last time
STEP 15/15
If you want to eat spicy beef radish soup, add a tablespoon of red pepper powder when you stir-fry the radish and beef, and then add water to make the red beef radish soup.
