Place parchment paper in pan before starting.

Pour in butter, slice cheese, milk and whipped cream and bring to a boil.

Turn off the heat when the ingredients are all melted and the edges start to boil.

Sift together the gravitational flour and starch and mix well.
Turn the heat back on and luxuriate until thickened.

Slightly order the dough and add the yolk.

Whip all the sugar in the whites.
STEP 8/11
Do it until the horns are firm.
STEP 9/11
Mix the whipped meringue twice in the mixture where the yolk was mixed.
STEP 10/11
Mix until the meringue is evenly blended.
STEP 11/11
Pour the dough into the pan and bake for 70 minutes at 150C with another deep pan of water to bake in medium heat.
You can use any slice cheese, regardless of cheddar cheese or goda cheese. :3
