STEP 1/8
[Preparing in advance]
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Put extra butter on the mold.
STEP 2/8
Put the hotcake mix, tofu, water, and cooking oil in a bowl and mix with a rubber spatula until no powder is visible by hand.
STEP 3/8
You knead until you can't see the powder with your hands until it feels as soft as an earlobe.
STEP 4/8
Remove 10g of dough to make a thick mouth and mix the remaining dough with water-filled pumpkin powder. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
STEP 5/8
Remove 5g from the yellow dough after finishing the tissue to form 12th-grade ears, and divide the rest of the dough 9th-grade to form a face and body. The white dough breaks down into sixth order and makes a mouth.
STEP 6/8
Trim the ear dough into a triangle, and press the middle with chopsticks to make a dent. Face and body dough are round. Push the dough for mouth with a rolling pin and extend it into an oval shape of 2cm x 3cm, and attach it to the face dough.
STEP 7/8
Place the face and body dough together in a mold, and attach two ear doughs with chopsticks. Bake in a 180-degree oven for about 20 minutes, then remove from mold and cool.
STEP 8/8
Draw big eyes with a white chocolate pen, squeeze out a little bit of a black chocolate pen and apply it to bamboo skewers to draw black eyes in the middle of the whites. Finish by drawing the pattern of the nose, mouth, and tiger.
One tablespoon is 15ml.
- Please refer to the fermentation time of bread as one criterion only. You have to adjust it appropriately while looking at the condition.
-Refer to the heating time of the oven as one criterion only. It depends on the type, so you have to adjust it by looking at the condition of the bread.
-Chocolate pens are convenient because they are easy to squeeze if you put them in a cup with hot water.
