Making outback sweet potatoes that you eat gently with cream
When you order steak at a family restaurant, cream sweet potatoes are often served as a sub-menu. The combination of white cream and yellow sweet potatoes is so sweet and delicious. So I made it with the sweet potato. It's called Outback Sweet Potato!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Clean the sweet potatoes thoroughly with a clean kitchen brush or cloth. Then drain thoroughly with a dry cloth.

Bake for 50 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven. Bake for 30 minutes and adjust the time while looking at the condition. < If you start making the whipped cream below with 20 minutes left, it'll be perfect

Pour 250ml of whipped cream into a mixing bowl. Mix it in hand mixer steel mode for about 4 minutes until it doubles the volume.

If you put 250ml of a pack of whipped cream in a transparent large container or a 1.5 liter milk pack and shake it up and down, it will create bubbles. If you stir it quickly using an egg whisk, it will make foam.

I'm going to add 20g of white sugar three times. Mix with a hand mixer for about 10 seconds each time you put it in.

Add 2g of vanilla essence to whipped cream and stir with a hand mixer.

It's time to make honey butter. Prepare a small bowl, add 1 spoon of butter and 3 spoon of honey and mix well.

Place the whipped cream you just made in a bowl with honey butter and mix evenly with a spoon.

Sprinkle the cinnamon powder about three times and stir well with a spoon so that it doesn't clump.

Cover with plastic wrap and store in freezer for 30 minutes.

If the sweet potato is baked, make a long cut on the thick part.

When you make whipped cream, you need to make the tool cool in advance to make foam easily. It's not baking, so even if it doesn't foam well, if it doesn't look too watery, it won't be too hard to eat. If you think there is not enough cream when you eat it after completion, float it on one side of the bowl and microwave it for about 20 seconds, and it will melt like water, so it's good to dip it in it. I believe that the dry feeling of sweet potatoes will be a sweet dessert time that you can't find anywhere else ^_^
