Curry fried rice made with leftover chicken
It's been a while since I had chicken on the weekend, and there's still a little bit left. When you heat it up, it dries, so it's hard and tasteless, so I made 6 servings of curry fried rice with 2 servings of chicken, which is my specialty. ^^ It doesn't matter if it's fried chicken, but grilled chicken or boiled chicken, and you can make it with ground beef or chicken breast at home even if you don't have any leftovers.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Remove only the flesh of the chicken, tear it apart, and chop all the vegetables. The chicken had two wings and two breasts left, and it's not a Korean fried chicken, but it's papais, so I wrote "radish," but it's not a radish when I order chicken, so I washed the radish that no one eats and used it. If you don't have it, you can skip it.
STEP 2/8
First, put oil in a pan and stir-fry ground garlic, onions, and green onions until onions are transparent.
STEP 3/8
Then add carrots and stir-fry until cooked. I personally hated carrots since I was young, but I force myself to eat them after I grow up, so I cut them into small pieces and cook them thoroughly
STEP 4/8
Add celery and stir-fry it
STEP 5/8
After celery, it's shredded chicken.
STEP 6/8
Sprinkle curry powder and salt and stir-fry thoroughly so that there is no moisture left in the ingredients.
STEP 7/8
Please put it in well-cooked rice. The point of fried rice is to remove moisture from the ingredients by controlling the heat and stir-fry the sticky rice one by one so that it doesn't break. When I make fried rice, I purposely cook white rice separately in a pot, but I was busy today because it was the day before Valentine's Day, so I used brown rice in the rice cooker and it flew around
STEP 8/8
Mix it well and stir-fry it until the rice is pressed. It's done.
1. I used Baekse curry powder, but the members said it was spicy, so I added only 2 Tsps of salt and added a little more salt, but if you don't mind if the curry isn't spicy or spicy, add a little more curry powder and it will taste better. 2. If you are using raw meat instead of leftover chicken, please add more curry powder or a little more salt. 3. One tablespoon equals three tablespoons.
