Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
Place 1 cup of flour (soju cup), 3 chunks of butter in a pan and stir-fry gently over low heat, melting the butter.
If you stir-fry it for about 7 minutes, the color is brown
(I made it with a smaller amount.)

Add 2 cups of water (paper cup), 1 cup of Worcester sauce (soju cup), and 1 cup of ketchup (soju cup) and mix them evenly
* If you don't have Worcester Sauce at home
Prepare 1 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup vinegar (soju cup) and add the rest of the ingredients

Pour the sauce into the brown roux

Add pepper at the end and finish when it becomes thick.
* If you think it's a hassle to make sauce, replace it for the market

Cut 3 or 4 cabbages and prepare them
Season with salt and pepper. Water comes out of the cabbage. Then squeeze the water out

Add ketchup 1 and mayonnaise 0.5 and mix them evenly

Pour enough cooking oil into the pan
Take off some bread crumbs and make it soft. When the bread crumbs come up, the right oil temperature
Then add the pork cutlet and fry it until it's golden brown

Put mayonnaise on one side of the bread

Cover the remaining bread with mayonnaise.
