How to make Tangsuyuk sauce with sweet and sour sauce
One of the favorite Chinese dishes for men and women of all ages is Tangsuyuk~~ Even if you eat jajangmyeon or jjamppong, you can order it together as the main dish. Last weekend, I made a sweet and sour sauce and ate it deliciously by pouring it in. I went to the ingredient store and it caught my eye, so I'll post a surprisingly simple recipe for Tangsuyuk sauce with commercial Tangsuyuk fried meat that was immediately put in the cart.

Cooking Steps

You can buy pork sirloin yourself and fry it in a batter.
I bought it for sale and fried it in the air fryer.
It's very comfortable without frying oil^^

Soak wood ear mushrooms in lukewarm water.
Then it'll blow up quickly.
STEP 3/7
Cut onions and carrots into bite-sized pieces,
Cut the cucumber in half and cut it sideways, and remove the water from the wood ear mushrooms and tear them into bite-sized pieces.
Drain peas in a sieve.

Pour water into a pot and when it boils, add soy sauce and boil it
Pour water mixed with vinegar and sugar and boil it.

Boil the chopped vegetables and peas.
Pour starch water into 2 tablespoons of starch powder by adjusting the concentration while folding water.
If you boil it, the thick sauce is complete.

While making the sauce, put the fried meat in the air fryer
Fry at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
I grabbed the fryer handle and shook it.
It's so nice to fry it without oil because it's light.
STEP 7/7
It's a tangsuyuk where you put the golden fried food on a plate and pour the sauce.
