STEP 1/8
Soak the rice for about an hour before preparing the ingredients.

Soak 1/2 cup dried pollack with 1 cup of water

Squeeze the dried pollack soaked in water, season it with 1T of refined rice wine, a little pepper, and 1T of minced garlic and marinate it for 5 minutes

While the dried pollack is marinated, pour 6 cups of water into the pot and add 10 anchovies for soup and 1 kelp 5x5cm to make broth.

Heat the pan over low heat, cover it with 2/3T of perilla oil, add dried pollack, stir-fry for 1 minute and 20 seconds, and take it out on a plate.

Heat the pot over medium-low heat for 20 seconds, cover it with 2/3T of sesame oil, add soaked rice, stir-fry it for a minute, and then add half of the broth made and stir-fry it until the rice becomes transparent.
STEP 7/8
Add dried pollack salad, pour the rest of the broth, and boil it over medium low heat for 20 minutes
- While it's boiling, stir well so that the bottom doesn't burn
- After the porridge boils, add salt
STEP 8/8
The soup is made with dried pollack, so it is digested well and has a delicious is excellent. It has little fat and cholesterol and is rich in protein, so it is a good ingredient for children to use as soup. It's good for hangover or breakfast. Enjoy your meal
