  • Korean style soy sauce

  • anchovy broth

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Make anchovy broth.
STEP 2/9
Prepare mushrooms to put together
STEP 3/9
Put cooking oil 2, crushed garlic 1, and red pepper powder 3 in a pot and stir-fry the seasoning over low heat.
Stir-fry it on low heat so that the sauce doesn't burn
STEP 4/9
Add soy sauce 3 and stir-fry to mix well with chili oil
STEP 5/9
Now add the mushrooms and stir-fry them evenly in the sauce

Add bean sprouts
STEP 7/9
stir-fry evenly
Add 6 cups of anchovy broth
STEP 8/9
Boil for about 10 minutes, add green onions and boil for another 5 minutes to finish.
If it's not enough, use salt
You can add pepper to your taste.
