STEP 1/9
Cut beef brisket into bite-size pieces and bake it when the pan is heated.
Season it with salt and pepper. (The soybean paste is better and better.)
STEP 2/9
Chop the green onion into big pieces.
STEP 3/9
Don't cook it over high heat. When oil comes out, gather it together
Stir-fry green onions with that oil.(I'm making green onion oil.)
STEP 4/9
Cut the onions into large pieces and stir-fry them together when they smell green onion.
STEP 5/9
Cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces and stir-fry them together.
STEP 6/9
This way, the seasoning goes in well
Now, broth again. (Take out anchovies and make broth with only kelp - so that the beef brisket scent is stronger.)
Add a little bit of broth, 3 spoons of soybean paste, and red pepper powder, fold well, and stir-fry the soybean paste together in a frying pan.
STEP 7/9
When it's almost fried, transfer it to a pot and add the broth and the rest of the soybean paste.
STEP 8/9
Boil it for a while, add tofu and hot pepper, and boil it for 3 more minutes, and it's done.
STEP 9/9
The savory beef brisket and soybean paste go well together.
If you put in a lot of meat, it might be greasy, so it's better to put in a little bit.
If you stir-fry green onions with that oil, green onion oil comes out and adds flavor
