Kimchi
suitably
Kim
3~4piece
Frying flour
suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
The leftover japchae was heated using a microwave.
I put japchae in a bowl, chopped kimchi, squeezed out the water, and put it in a bowl.
Mix japchae and kimchi evenly
STEP 2/4
I rolled it with a proper amount on top of the seaweed cut in half.
I put some water on the end of the seaweed so that the contents don't leak out.
STEP 3/4
Make batter with cold water
Dip the seaweed roll in the frying powder and coat it with clothes it
STEP 4/4
It's fried in heated oil.
It's not a lot, so put enough oil on the frying pan
I tilted the pan and fried the seaweed roll.
It's more delicious if you eat it with tteokbokki with soup.
