How to make good eel over rice as a winter health food
These days, after suffering from a cold for two weeks, I realize the importance of health It's been a long time since I made eel over rice as a winter health food for my three family members. A high-protein nutritious eel over rice with ginger on top of a sweet and salty soy sauce! I'll try making it right away :)

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Pponglim used frozen eels.
Wash the naturally defrosted eel in running water, and soak it for about 30 minutes with 3 tablespoons of Mirim, 1 tablespoon of soju, and mixed ginger powder evenly on the eel.

Add 11 large spoons of soy sauce, 1.5 large spoons of sugar, 5 large spoons of mirin, and 5 large spoons of starch syrup,

Add 2 thumb-sized ginger, 3-5 pieces of kelp, half green onions, and 400ml of water and boil it down half way.

If the sauce is ready, I should grill the eel, right?

Put a little oil on the preheated pan and cook the eel back and forth until it's golden brown, pour an appropriate amount of sauce and boil it down over medium-low heat to make a good winter health food over rice with grilled eel is done!
STEP 7/7
Put two chunks of deliciously boiled eel on top of the rice and add ginger and cheongyang pepper on top!
