Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Grease a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry garlic, ham, and kimchi.
STEP 2/6
Add red pepper powder, soy sauce, starch syrup, and red pepper paste and stir-fry again.
STEP 3/6
Add rice and a little bit of sesame oil.
STEP 4/6
Spread the fried rice on the seaweed for kimbap and place the melted mozzarella cheese on top.
STEP 5/6
Roll it carefully.
STEP 6/6
Cut it into pieces and you're done!
