Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Rinse the boiled dried radish leaves and soak them in cold water to get rid of the bitter taste
Peel off a layer of skin.
STEP 2/4
Squeeze the dried radish leaves to remove the water and make it long
Cut into bite-size pieces.
Prepare thick anchovies by removing the head and intestines.
Put anchovies and seasonings in dried radish greens
Boil water together in a pot.
STEP 3/4
When it starts to boil, reduce heat and simmer gently for more than 30 minutes.
