How to make Japanese tofu dish Agedashidofu
Tofu, one of the Japanese dishes! Tofu is a dish that we're very familiar with Korean recipes are grilled, raw, or braised There are many soy sauce dishes in Japan, so there is a dish where you fry tofu and dip it in sauce. It's called Agedashidofu. The recipe is easier than you think, so I'll introduce it to those who want to make it If the sauce is cold, it's good for buckwheat soba sauce.

Ingredients
  • Tofu
    1/2piece
  • Chili peppers
    2~3ea
  • Radish
    little
  • potato starch
    3Ts
  • Salt
    little
  • Cooking oil
    suitably
  • Water
    1cup
  • Sea tangle
    1piece
  • dried bonito
    little
  • Soy sauce
    2Ts
  • cooking wine
    2Ts
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut tofu into big chunks.
Sprinkle a little bit of salt here. (The seasoning is getting hard because it's hungry.)
STEP 2/6
After a while, put starch powder in a plastic bag, add chopped tofu, and mix well with starch powder.
STEP 3/6
Now, when the frying oil is raised to 170 degrees Celsius (the temperature has risen due to bubbles after putting in the chopsticks)
Fry evenly in front and back and forth.
STEP 4/6
I'll take it out on a kitchen towel
Put 1 cup of sauce water, 1 kelp, 2 ts of soy sauce, 2 ts of cooking wine in a pot and boil it for a while, then take out the kelp
STEP 5/6
Add katsuobushi and filter it out later. (If you don't have it, you can use it.)It doesn't matter if you dilute a little bit of water on the tsuyu)
STEP 6/6
Please grind the radish now.
If there's kkari pepper, fry it, too.
I don't have it, so I'll cut the green onions
Put tofu on a plate, pour sauce, and garnish with seasoned radish and sliced green onions, and it's done
It's like soba where you eat tofu instead of noodles
If you put in the pepper, it's better because it's spicier if you make a slight cut and fry it

There's radish and a bit of radish left, so I made it, but it seems to be a dish with more depth than it looks. I tried pancake mix with starch water and it's so nice.
