broccoli baked in the oven
Did you know that if you eat broccoli with tofu, you can get stones in your body? I couldn't eat the broccoli I bought because of the tofu pancake I made during the holidays, but now I'm done with all the holiday food and before the broccoli in the refrigerator dies down, I trimmed it and baked it. I made double the amount that I wrote in the recipe

Please preheat the oven 425 (about 220 degrees for Seob).
STEP 2/5
Trim and cut broccoli, wash and sift.
STEP 3/5
In a bowl, mix well with olive oil, salt and pepper, then add broccoli and mix thoroughly with hands wearing sanitary gloves.
STEP 4/5
Place well-mixed broccoli in oven pan and bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes
STEP 5/5
It's cooked just right. If you want a slightly burnt, better-cooked visual, turn off the oven and leave it in the oven for another 10 minutes to cook more on the remaining heat.
1. If you don't have olive oil, regular cooking oil, sesame oil, and perilla oil are also good. 2. If you don't like the bland taste, it's savory even if you sprinkle sesame seeds, flax seeds, and sunflower seeds. 3. If you don't want it as a side dish, make it and put it in a salad or put it in a meat dish.
