STEP 1/7
Chop the ripe tomatoes thickly, and chop the paprika and onion thickly. There should be green, but green is missing.. I like paprika and cucumber peppers.. You can chop the chicory into thick pieces. Then it'll be much prettier.^^
STEP 2/7
Pour oil such as olive oil or canola oil, pour salt, pepper, oligosaccharide, lemon juice, or vinegar, and since there is no green color, sprinkle parsley powder and toss and mix.
STEP 3/7
You can make it sweet and salty and sweet to your taste. If you're going to eat it right away, you can season it moderately... There's a lot of water here, so if you're going to drink it in a few hours, you need to season it hard.^^
STEP 4/7
If you want to eat it as a meal bread, cut a hard bread like baguette..
STEP 5/7
You can put garlic butter on it and then put it on top.. Or you can just upload it like this.
STEP 6/7
It's also a bursqueta variant that I used to make often. It's very simple, but you can eat it as a meal. My kids and my husband love it..Haha
It goes well with coffee, too.. It has onions in it, but.. I drink it with coffee..You can eat it like this.
STEP 7/7
Like this, it's very good to put it in an airtight container and go out to play and put it on a nacho chip. lol
