Today's picture is a bit insincere.. Please understand..Prepare a large handful of defoli, dried pollack, and dried shrimp, rinse them lightly in water, and stir-fry them in a dry pot. It doesn't burn much because of the water, but it's a bit dry when stir-frying it, so I rinse it lightly. Stir-fry until it burns like this, then add about 4 liters of water and boil it. About 30 minutes.. I boil it for a long time.. Strongly ^^

Cut tofu into small pieces and put it in here.. Tofu needs to be cut into small pieces so it doesn't get crushed, so I tend to cut them into small pieces.. Soup or stew... Put it in like this and boil it for another 10 minutes and season it. Kimchi soup has 3 soups in it, but you must be a little bored. Usually, you season it with fish sauce or salt, and if the kimchi doesn't taste good, you can add a spoon or two of it.

I couldn't put it in because I didn't have bean sprouts this time. It's great to boil it with bean sprouts when you put in tofu. You can add green onions, too.. The kimchi is so seasoned that I can taste it without adding anything else.
