I ate tteokguk until I got tired of it during the Lunar New Year holiday, but there was still tteokguk left. Our rice cake soup uses beef bone broth, and I made radish rice cake soup to taste it differently. I added a lot of pork and cooked it with radish rice cake soup.

  • Mini pine mushroom

  • Radish

  • Rice cake soup

  • Sesame oil

  • ginger powder

  • anchovy broth

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Peel the radish into the size of radish soup, cut it into the right size, and cut the mini-sashimi mushrooms one more time.

Prepare tteokguk in a soft state by soaking it in water, and remove the color of the pork for stew

Put sesame oil in the pot and fry the radish

Add the pork and stir-fry it with sesame oil

Pour the anchovy stock back into the pot above, and bring to a boil.
