Healthy drink Sujeonggwa
Since it's Lunar New Year's Day, I made Sujeonggwa. It is said that floating a few pine nuts or floating dried persimmons (@6864396) is good for taste and health. It is a healthy drink that is perfect for preventing colds and helping blood circulation, especially my husband's favorite drink.

  • Cinnamon stick
    150g
  • jujube
    2cup
  • Ginger
    1/2cup
  • Water
    4L
  • Honey
    suitably
  • pine nut
    suitably
  • Dried persimmon
    suitably
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Wash the cinnamon clean
STEP 2/6
Dip the jujube in water for a while and wash it clean.
STEP 3/6
Ginger is pre-dried.You can use raw ginger.
STEP 4/6
Pour water into a stock pot and add dates, cinnamon, and ginger
STEP 5/6
Boil it for more than 2 hours.
STEP 6/6
After cooling down, remove the ingredients and add honey, dried persimmons, and pine nuts to your liking.
You can add sugar when you boil it.
