Cut the dried pollack into small pieces, soak it in water and squeeze the water. Cut the tofu into bite-size pieces, and slice the green onions sideways

Put 2 ssp of sesame oil in a heated pot and add dried pollack

Stir-fry until it makes a sizzling sound

Add 10 cups of water and boil it for about 10 minutes, and the white water of the dried pollack comes out. (It's more light if you add hot water with rice.)

add tofu to a slight boil

Season it with salted shrimp

Add chopped garlic and boil it

If it's not enough, use shiitake salt and cool tofu and dried pollack soup

You can eat it on cold days or the day after you drink too much
