If you add hot pot powder, the seasoning is weak. So, I added chicken stock to the soy sauce and oyster sauce to make the broth taste stronger.

I prepared beef for shabu shabu. I prepared dumplings, too. The ingredients for hot pot are dried tofu, flat noodles, rice cake soup, dumplings, and meat for shabu shabu.

Make the sauce. 4 tablespoons of peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of hot pot soup, 2 tablespoon of bean paste, 2 tablespoon of chili sauce, 3 tablespoon of plum juice, 1 tablespoon of tuna juice, and a spicy and savory sauce of lemon juice. It has chili sauce to give it a different taste. I seasoned it with soy sauce and tuna liquid.

Mix well and store in the refrigerator for a while. It's not just a spicy sauce. It's a taste that dilutes the spicy taste with plum juice. And the strong peanut butter tastes savory. Rather, the spicy sauce catches the greasy taste.

Vegetables, mushrooms, and boiled eggs are all ready. I only prepared crown daisies and enoki mushrooms.

We need to officially eat hot pot now. Prepare various ingredients and boil the red soup stock again.

Add various ingredients, take vegetables and mushrooms until the meat is cooked, dip them in the sauce, and when the meat is cooked, eat them with meat and dried tofu. If you add dumplings, flat noodles, and rice cakes as a meal later, it can be a meal that doesn't need rice.
