Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Steam the potatoes in a pot.
STEP 2/11
Peel the steamed potatoes, crush them into a sieve, and lower them. Lower and cool the softened potatoes and let go of the moisture
STEP 3/11
Potatoes, 1 egg yolk and 2 cups of flour
Add and knead to make dough.
STEP 4/11
If the dough is too soft, add a spoonful of flour and adjust the viscosity.
STEP 5/11
Make the dough into a garaetteok shape, cut it at intervals of 1cm, press it with a fork to make a shape. You can make as much as you want.
STEP 6/11
Add 1 pinch of salt and 1T of olive oil to boiling water and drain the dough. When it's cooked for about two minutes, the dough starts to float. You just have to take it out and then drain it.
STEP 7/11
Chop the beef and shiitake mushrooms, chop the garlic and cheongyang peppers finely, and cut the spinach in half.
STEP 8/11
Add 1/2T butter, 1T olive oil and minced garlic and cook until garlic smells.
STEP 9/11
Add beef and stir-fry until cooked.
STEP 10/11
When the meat is done, add 3/4 cup of whipped cream, 1 cup of milk, 2 pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, shiitake mushrooms, gnocchi dough, and 1 slice of cheese and simmer until the cheese melts.
STEP 11/11
Add spinach to finish and cook for 30 seconds. Put it in a bowl and sprinkle red pepper powder. That's it.
If you don't want to make dough, you can buy it at the mart. Tip. Control the concentration with milk!!

It's the best food I've ever made recently! I'm living abroad, so I can only eat it every time, but my husband gave me a thumbs up that he ate something delicious after a long time Hahaha *I put bacon instead of beef, and that tastes good, too.
