If you follow the instructions on the back of the noodle wrapper

I put salt in boiling water, boiled it for 3 minutes, and washed it in cold water.

Since each restaurant has a different salty and spicy taste of kimchi, I think it would be good to reduce the amount of soy sauce and red pepper paste. If the seasoning of kimchi is weak, add a little bit of red pepper powder to make it red.
