Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
I only removed the flesh of the fish on the memorial service table,
I took off my pancake and prepared it.
STEP 2/6
Coat with batter in the order of flour, eggs, and bread crumbs.
STEP 3/6
The inside is cooked, so if you fry the outside, it's done.
I put it on a kitchen towel to remove the grease.

I prepared the boiled egg by mincing the white, mashing the yolk, chopping the onion, and chopping the cucumber pickle.
STEP 5/6
Add mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, a little salt, a little pepper, and oligosaccharide and mix well.
STEP 6/6
I put fish cutlet on a plate and prepared it with rice and fruit.
I put the tartar sauce separately and ate an appropriate amount.
