STEP 2/3
Remove only the seeds from the jujube and just add or shape; grind or shred or slice ginger. I don't like ginger, so I cut it into pieces to remove it. We also prepare the flesh of the hollowed-out pear.
STEP 3/3
Fill the hollowed-out pear with prepared ginger, jujube, and the pulp of the dug-out pear and cover the cap of the cut pear. If you have a steamer, you can steam it in the steamer for about 20 minutes, but I used an electric rice cooker. Pour a cup full of water into my pot, and serve to prevent water from entering. Then, put in Step 2 and cook it for 30 minutes with the steam function.
You can sprinkle cinnamon powder on the steamed dish.
